The hotel offers spacious and clean rooms near the reception and play area, though the old room could use some updating. The service, particularly with Mr Mohammed at reception, is friendly and courteous, making up for any minor shortcomings. The location is great, near the Pyramids and Cairo's largest malls, despite being amidst road work.
The hotel is in a prime spot in the heart of Zamalek with easy access to attraction areas. The rooms are spacious, super comfortable, and extremely clean, but some may find them far from the main building. The service was amazing and very friendly, especially from Ms., completely making up for any shortcomings. The dining experience, while good, needs slight improvement for better taste. Overall, a great value for the money with a grotty location as the only drawback.
I loved the spacious layout of the hotel buildings and the convenience of having everything I needed right there. However, the long walk to my room was a bit tiring, and the noise level could be bothersome at times.
